How to roast garlic

1.    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.    Slice the top off a whole garlic bulb.

3.    Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves.

4.    Wrap the bulb in foil.

5.    Roast for 35–40 minutes until the cloves are soft and golden.

Roasted garlic is perfect for:
